I have applied for L1B visa extension on the Blanket petition thru my company at Vancouver consulate. I had existing visa which is still valid with the PED last year.
The consulate officer went thru my petition and asked my company to provide additional details(221g while form) which are very difficult to provide such as financial documents showing the impact of replacing me with another resource to prove that this role cannot be transferred to someone else without causing big impacts.
Has anyone got any requests like this? My company is on the opinion that I should get my passport back and go back to India. anyone has faced same situation before at Vancouver? any suggestions?
