RFE Recd:19th Jan 2016
RFE replied : 22nd Jan 2016
USICS Recd RFE on : 3rd Feb 2016
Approval Recd on : 12th Feb 2016

Now what is expected next? I am working for MNC which has very less rejections but what happens in Interview can it get rejected there after RFE? Little worried about interview Can anyone put light on this pls.

If you have received the I797, the next step would be to use it to schedule your interview by filling the DS-160. Yes, it can get rejected in the interview stage too if VO is not convinced by your responses to his questions.

I would suggest you visit the experiences section and prepare thoroughly the answers to certain common questions.

DS160 confusion

HI Thanks for your reply.

I had applied for B1 Visa in 2000 which was rejected, Then H1B was applied in 2009 which was denied and 2011 I just filled up the form for B1 and company paid required amount but didnt take appt for interview as company requirement changed.

SO now do i have to mention all these in Refusal Visa question?
Can use same DS160 form and fill a fresh one for L1B interview appt?

Pls pls help i am really cofused over this .

Yes you have to mention all the previous rejections. You need to fill fresh DS-160 for every visa application.
