As thats my first post - Hi Everyone
I plan to move to United States as my wife has already moved to Atlanta due to transfer within company (visa L1). As mentioned above I plan to join her soon and obviously I would like to get employment in United States.
I've read a lot about EAD (EAC now?) process and have two questions:
- is it forbidden to leave United States territory during mentioned above process (after fullfiling all neccessary forms in person etc)??
- is it happening often that spoken process last less than standard 90 days?
