EAD Expedite Request

Hi All,

I'm now 117 days into EAD application (Nebraska) & have already filed several service requests & now have requested expedite. Does anybody have idea how long this should take? Reason for expedite - financial loss as I'm unable to accept a job offer that I have received. I'm also looking for any information on what the process will be....Any information will be appreciated - THANKS!

I am also at 117 days after filing at Nebraska, I filed 1 service request at 90 days and been asked to wait a further 60. I scheduled an interview at the local USCIS office as it says online you can request a temporary EAD but I was told they no longer do them. Would be nice to have the website updated so I didn't waste my time. The officer at the interview did tell me though that typically at this stage it is taking around 5mths at the moment as opposed to 3 it says on the processing times. You can contact the USCIS Ombudsman service for help and you should certainly be able to expedite given your situation. http://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance
