I was in UK for Tier 2 Short Term Staff Migrant Visa that was valid for 1 year. I came back to India in Nov 2015. I applied and got Business Visa for UK that is valid untill May 2016 (Type of Visa = C). Can I travel to UK and apply for L1A from there? Is there any advantage of doing that compared to applying for L1A from India?
Note - I also have B1/B2 visa for US valid untill Oct 2018. This was done by my previous employer in 2008 and I never travelled on the same.
