Hi,
I recently landed in US from my home country on H1B at end of 5th year, and filed H1B extension in September and waiting for decision it mat take 3 months more (as per current date) and i may get extension till August.
So now my question is can we file COS for L1A while H1B extension is pending with USICS any issues?
my employer s ready to file and also i worked more than 1 year in outside of US with same employer and handled Managerial role ( i am eligible for L1A)
