Processing L1b and H1b at the sametime

Hi,

i have started the L1b processing from December 2015 itself but meanwhile my employer nominated me for the H1B aswell. The document submission for H1b is already done internally.
But now i got the L1b appointment for next week March 10th. Let me know if H1B and L1b can be processed together.

Incase if i get the L1b am i not eligible for the H1b processing?

If the L1b is rejected will it have any impact in the H1b?

Your H1B application will be filled on 1st April 2016, so by the time you appear for your L1 interview, they won't even know about your H1B application.

Each case is different. One application rejection do not have any impact on the another application, but during the interview they may ask you some question regarding your previous rejection.

If you get L1B on march 10th, why would you waste your money on H1B.
