Hi,
I have filed extension for my L1A extension and my wife L2 extension together through my employer.
Later, as it was taking time, I upgraded the case to PREMIUM.
My case has been approved 2 weeks before but then my wife's case still says "Case was received". I and my employer thinks that as both the petitions were filed TOGETHER, they should be adjudicated also together.
Can you please advise why my wife's case still shows the original status and why her case is not upgraded to PREMIUM?
