L1A blanket visa Probability

Hi,

I would like to know my chances of getting L1a( Functional manager) blanket visa. My details are below.

1) Company is filing for it.
2) Reputed firm with offices all across globe.
3) I have diploma in hotel management , however have experience in Procure to pay and project manager.
4) over 13 years of relevant experience.

Would be glad to get feedback and tips.
