L1B extension: Processing timeframe chart on USCIS
Hi,
I am just wondering in L1B extension processing timeframe as mentioned on uscis for Vermont office,
Currently it I-129 and I-539 says as processed till July 20, 2015. (Same was June 20, 2015 for last month report) Looks backlog of 8 months. Does it mean it takes around 8 months to process? Or is it just a generic timeframe.
But want to know anyone got L1B extension result in 2016. Please need your comments.
