Hi,
I am currently working in US on L1 - B Visa (Blanket Petition) and the PED (Petition Expiration date) on the visa is of May 10th, 2016.
My L1-B Visa is valid till - Feb 2019
Blanket Petition validity - I-797 - Valid Indefinitely
I-129S - is only valid till - May 10th, 2016
Most Recent I-94 says - Admin untill Feb, 21st 2019.
However on my Visa there is PED which expires on May, 10th 2016. My question is regarding to extend this date further. Can someone please let me know the procedure & how much time it can actually take to extend this?
Also will have to go back to my country to request an extension on this?
Also my wife is on L2 visa with same details on her Visa as well, how will the extension work for her, do we need file separately for her also??
can i work basis the I-94?? OR do we need to file an extension?? Requesting inputs early, please support.
