Educational Qualification

Hello,

I do possess Bachelor's and Master's. But my attorney filed my petition based on my Bachelor's degree only.

How should I answer if there is a question on my educational qualification? My resume says I have Master's.

Which visa are you applying for ? L1A or L1B ?

Does your bachelor & master degree are in same subject ?

Do you know if the attorney did it intentionally or it is by mistake?

Both are in the same area. My master's certificate got damaged at the time my attorney is preparing the petition. I got my duplicate Master's certificate now.
So, while filling my DS160, I am filling my bachelor's only (so that my petition and DS160 are aligned).

Tell the truth, show your master degree in DS160 & in interview. In case if VO asks you for the discrepancy, you can say it might be a typo in the petition. Its not harm for now.

It could cause issue, if it is the other way - you posses bachelor & petition showing master.
