  • L1 B (Blanket) and L1 B (Individual) denied

    Hi,

I have been denied the L1 - B (Blanket and Individual) in the last 3 months. However, my client needs me to be onsite as soon as possible.
Would request any information around reapplying the same and time frame after which I can reapply. what conditions need to be satisfied for L1 A visa?
I am into process improvement consulting role.

    Regards,
    Alphonso Smith

If your L1B is recently denied, there are fair chances that your L1A will also be denied now. The reason is since you are not found eligible for L1B recently, how will you prove that you changed your role now & become Manager or Executive so early.

Better to visit USA on B1 for couple of months for now & wait for sometime (~6 months) to apply for L1A Individual.
