Hi,
I am on valid I-94 ( expired L1b visa). By Dec 2016, completes the 5 years.
US entry date - Dec 12, 2011.
I94 expiry date - 04-04-2017.
q1- If i apply h1b ( 2016 yr quota) as international applicant, then i can go india Nov 2016 and make H1b visa stamp and them come back to USA. In this process, 5 yrs term will reset or not? How can i stay more in USA without break?
q2- if i get h1 on 2016 lottery and then i can apply PREM ( GC process) and continue on after 6 years term.. Is there condition on PERM if we apply on last yesr?
