Change of Status From L2-EAD to L1B or L1A or H1

Hi,

I am holding L2 with EAD. I am working for company X.
I want to know the below things?
1. Can i change my status from L2 to L1B or L1A at any time now?
2. Is is possible to change the status from L2 to H1B at any time or should i apply only during the lottery time?
3. L2 to L1 B or L1A or H1B which is more possibility to get it done? any idea roughly?

1. If you have worked with the employer at their non US location for at least 1 Year in past 3 years, yes yoy may be eligible for L1B/L1A.
2. Is the employer cap subject or cap exempt? If Cap Subject You have to be first part of the Cap which will open on April 1st,2016, for a earliest start date of 01-Oct-2016.
3. It all depends upon the strength of documentation.

My query is related to my change of status (COS) from L2 to H1B

Hello,

Last year my case was picked up and I got H1B approved along with COS (from L2 to H1B). However I was out of project soon and also had to go to India for a family event. As I had no project I came back on L2 status. I already had my L2 EAD and before H1B was working on that status.
So now my question is does my L2 - EAD card still active after my return?

L2 (EAD) --> H1B-->L2 (does my EAD holds valid?)

Yes as long as it is active. But why hijacking an active thread?
