Hi,
I have an approved L1-B Petition issued in November 2012 and it mentions that it is "valid indefintely".
I had a L1-B visa stamped on my passport against this petition. This visa expired recently on March 5th 2016.
I had travelled to US on this visa on April 2013 and returned back to India on May 2014.
My question is:
1) Can I travel to US again on the same petition?
2) If yes, how do I get another L1-B visa stamped on my passport?
3) How long will the L1-B visa be valid, if granted?
4) Do I have face the L1-B interview again at the consulate to get this new visa?
5) Can I apply for my wife and daughter's visa at the same time so that they can travel with me?
Kindly advise.
