L1B Blanket got rejected. probability of getting through L1B Individual.

Today I attended my interview in chennai consulate and my L1B Blanket has got rejected under 214 (b). I am planning to apply for L1B Individual.

What will be probability of getting through?

How much time will it take by USCIS to process?

Could you please let me know other important details regarding L1B individual.

Probability depends on case to case basis.

However, if you think you are eligible & have all required documents to prove it. There are high chances you'll get the individual successfully.
