Applying L1 Visa with dependents or apply self - which is beneficial

Hi - I am applying for L1 Visa. I am married with a child. Should I apply for self first and if approved then apply for family? or apply for all?
what is better option? to apply with family or self?

My worry if Visa is denied to me then all of my family members will be denied which may effect them in future? especially to my child (3 yrs old)

If it is blanket, I would suggest for you to go alone.

If it is individual petition, than take the family along with you.
