Administrative Processing for L1A Visa

Hi Team,

My employer applied L1A(Blanke) visa for me in the year 2012 in Chennai, India.

However I was told 'Administrative Processing' needs to be done on my application and they will revert in 3 months time.

It's more than 3 years now, no response.

Is it ok, If I can apply for L1A (Blanket) again now or L1A (Individual)

Go with Individual this time, you'll have much more clarity.

But before that inquire about your 3 years old application with consulate.
