Filing both L1A blanket and H1B together - Query

Hello Guys,

I am working with employer A who is in the process of filing my L1A blanket visa. Also, I got an offer from employer B who is filling my H1B for the coming financial year. Now, my question is, given the high likeliness of having the L1A blanket rejected, do I need to notify employer B if it gets rejected. Also, given that the role required is different for both Visas, is it going to create conflicts at a later time. I will have an option of chosing the PA date for L1A blanket after 5th April (last date of submission of H1B requests), should I go for that?

L1A blanket is a 3-4 week process & you'll have result immediately. If your L1A is rejected, you'll need to mention the rejection in your H1B DS160 form, which you'll fill-in post petition approval.

One can have N number of petitions from different different employers at one time.
