I am working with employer A who is in the process of filing my L1A blanket visa. Also, I got an offer from employer B who is filling my H1B for the coming financial year. Now, my question is, given the high likeliness of having the L1A blanket rejected, do I need to notify employer B if it gets rejected. Also, given that the role required is different for both Visas, is it going to create conflicts at a later time. I will have an option of chosing the PA date for L1A blanket after 5th April (last date of submission of H1B requests), should I go for that?
