My question is i will be attending shortly interview for my L1 A visa

Earlier few yrs back i had applied for H1B Visa which was denied & rejected
will this have impact on my L1A Visa ??

Pls help me ..

Denials won't have any impact of your subsequent application, provided you could prove sufficient difference in both the applications.

H1B rejection will not have any impact on recent L1 A visa interview process. However, make sure to submit all the documents and carry necessary documents for the interview.
