L1 A Visa

Dear Friends,

I will be joining shortly an Indian Company which has been recently started, but their parent company is in USA.

They want me to go to USA on L1A Visa

My question is the indian company just started 2 months back is it possible for them to file L1 A visa for me ??

No you have to be working for them for at least 1 Year at a non US location of their subsidiary in order to gain basic eligibility.
