Sharing my experience in Toronto Counselor for L1 A -B visa, which did not went well in my favour.
VO asked only 6 Qs and with in 3-4 minutes said not qualifying for the Role by giving 221(g).
Whom you are working for -- YYYY and briefed about YYYY
How long been YYYY and YYYY Canada - Answered
Who is your Client and what YYYY X is doing for the Client- YYYY and YYYY X is providing all the necessary IT and IT enabled services to Client
Which role you are going for and How many will report to you - Project Manager and # of direct/indirect sub ordinates and told the names.
Why so many Project Managers under you when you are also going for the same role - I am going to manage Portfolio and under that we have several other projects and spoke about the Projects. Each PM is responsible for the delivery of their own Projects.
Whom you will report to and what is his role - YYYY and he is a Delivery manager.
It seems VO did not liked my answers or Not sure what went wrong.
Is there any chances of L1-A individual and the minimum duration ?
