Is my L2-EAD active when change of status (COS) from L2 to H1B and again L2.

Hello,

Last year (2015) my case was picked up and I got H1B approved along with COS (from L2 to H1B). However I was out of project soon and also had to go to India for a family event. As I had no project I came back on L2 status (without going for h1B visa interview). Before H1B I already had my L2 EAD and was working on that status.
So now my question is does my L2 - EAD card still active after my return?

L2 (EAD) --> H1B-->L2 (does my EAD holds valid?)

It would be provided you have valid L2 I-94 as well as primary L1 has valid I-94.

Thanks raghvi for the reply. I do have L2 stamp on my passport when i entered the country which is valid till Jan 2017. Also my husband has valid L1 stamp on his visa.
