Hi, My I94 is expiring in another 30 days timeline. If I file my extension will it allow me to continue my stay in US.

Also for this conversion, how long it takes to process before I know my results.

How much time have you already spent on L1B in US? If less than 5 Years than yes, timely application would allow you to stay and work.

If filed under normal processing can take 6-9 Months, without RFE. If filed under premium will take 15-20 Days if no RFE.

Thanks Raghvi, I was in confused state on this particular thing. It makes sense. I'm filing my extension.
