Hello. My wife has a pending EB-3 application sponsored by a US company. My name was also included in the application together with our child as dependent. While waiting for the case to be in current state, I received an offer for an L1 job in US from my company. Will there be any effect in L1 application if they see that I have a pending EB-3 application as well? Thank and appreciate any info.
