L1b-eb1 i-140

Hi ,

I have been working in Company X for more than 10 Year recently as individual contributor i was moved to US on L1B last year in individual contributor role
company as decided to file I-140 EB-1 Initiation (Multinational Manager - functional)
as i read through google EB1 is only for L1A
will the application go through can you share your experience
is it advisable to go in EB1 ?

That's correct, EB1C is only for L1A. You can get your L1B converted to L1A first & than apply for EB1C. Or else you can apply for EB2 directly & wait for few years to get your Green Card.
