info about L2 and EAD
Hello all,
I got stamped my L2 on march 21,2016. My spouse's employer will send us on 26th june.
i need to ask that can i apply for EAD before leaving for the states, How can i apply for that and who will collect the EAD card ?
I hav an other question also, that can i move to US without my spouse for first time?, what they will ask me to produce at port of entry? if we can . then shall we need to inform the employer about my pre-visit to US?
