Hi:
I am confused about L1-B visa requirements, specially one.
I work for a Big High Tech company and I am applying to a role in the US. I am not a Managerial or Executive role, I dont have direct reports) but the role name is "Manager". I will be doing same role in the U.S. They have blanket petition .
My problem is that I join the company in Feb 2015, meaning I've been only working for one year and 5 months with this company.
Do I have to be at least 3 years working with the company? or I can apply only been working one year and 5 months?
