I got lot of help from this site, so it is the time to return back something.... by sharing my experience during my interview.
My interview session goes ....
Me: Good Morning Mam
VO: Good Morning .How are u?
Me I am Fine Thank you? How are you?
VO: good, passport please.
Me Yes Please.
VO: Please give me those 3 sets of doc.
Vo: Which co. you are working for.
Me: YYYY YYYY
VO: How long you are with this Company?
ME: Working for last 3 Years 9 Months.
VO: Your last petition was from this Co?
ME: No, that was from YYYYYY (As my previous L1B was rejected in 2008)
VO: Who is your client
ME: ZZZZZZZ
VO: What...
ME: ZZZZZZZZ(Spelled)...
VO: How long you will work for this client?
ME: 11 Months(As it was mentioned in DS160)
VO: How long already you are working with this client?
ME: This is its 1st kind of project in YYYY US, so I will start working this client.
VO: What you will do in US?
ME: explained purpose of visit.
VO: What this tool is actually do? Did you developed that tool?
ME: This tool is used to map business process and legacy system to this application. I didn't developed it but I enhanced it.
VO: This tool is bought by your client?
ME: No this tool is YYYY X's proprietary tool and used to integrate PPPPPP with legacy system.
VO: Why you ? not someone else.
ME: I am working with this tool from last three years and I have vast knowledge to use this tool in different industry.
VO: Any other client is using this tool?
ME: Yes , In India I delivered 3 assignments using this tool. Named 3 clients.
VO: How many people in YYYY XX using this tool?
ME: I am the only person using this tool.
VO: What will be your salary in US?
ME: 1.... USD per annum
To My wife:
What is your highest qualification?
Is he is your only child?
Then the golden words.. I am approving your VISA. Please wait 2-3 minutes I need to do some paper work... Please take 2 copies of these application.. 1 is for your HR and 1 you need to bring in US at port of entry.

Please Note:
As soon as we enter the consulate, we will be asked to keep 3 sets of 129-S & I-797 first page).
1st set, will also have DS-160.
Then we are asked to go to Cash Counter and pay the DD.
In the Cash Counter, they will take the DD & give a receipt.
Once it’s done, we are asked to wait for our turn….
When we meet the Counselor, We are expected to give passport + (3 sets of I-129S + I-797 first page) + DS-160.
We are guided by the Consulate staff there on this procedures.
All the best... Please prepare your self before the day... preparation help to give answers with confidence and that will bring you the luck. Don't depend on only LUCK...
