havind valid L2 ad I94 petition expired

hi,

my self and my dependents have valid I 94 and Visa till march 18 2018. but my L1B petition expired on march 1st 2016 and my blanket I797 is vaild till march 15th 2018.

Due to some personal emergency my dependents needs to travel to india?

will they be able to reenter in US while my L1B petition is in extension?

and my attorney people filed the extension only for my I129s they did not submit I593 for my dependents and they are saying that since they have valid I 94 till march 2018 extension is not required they can use my L1 petition? plase clarify do i need to extend their i 593?
