L1 visa can be applied from a country other than home country(need to know asap)
Hi,
greetings for the Day!!
My husband got an job offer from his current employing company to take up a similar role in US,
currently we are residing in Dubai and had been working for 2.7 years in Dubai,earlier he had worked for the same firm in India for about a year.
anybody can suggest that we should apply for L1 Y& L2 visa from our home country(India) or
current residing country(Dubai)?
total tenure with the employing company should be 3 yrs and span of the stay in the residing country is also an important criteria for them to approve the visa application?
It would be a great help to us if someone can guide us!
