  • Premium Processing more difficult?

    Hello everyone!!

I am about to submit my response after USCIS requested more evidences back in Feb. I sent my application back in mid August and they did not respond until the end of Feb. My lawyer has adviced me against Premium Processing but I really do not want to wait the whole summer to hear back from them and really want to upgrade. Does anyone know if Premium Processing officers are tougher than regular processing officers? I have to make my decission within the next 3 days and I would really really really apreciate it if anyone can give me some advice! Please help me out.

    Thank you all in advance.

    AF.

You asking if there is an hole in their security system?

No, premium processing is just to pass the queue & expedite the process. Result won't be different if you apply as normal or as premium.

First off thank you so much for your response. I truly appreciate it.

This is the what they requested, and I think we have covered everything pretty well with our response:

1.Annual Report showing the ownership interest
2.A List of the ownership entities, signed by CEO and other officers/directors/owners.
      3.Meeting Minutes
      4.Stock Certificate and/or Stock Ledger
5.Wire Transfers and Bank Statements showing money coming from Miami(headquarters) to Peru(Peruvian branch)
6.Any Tax Returns in FL or with the IRS showing ownership in the Peru office
7.Bylaws or Articles, either in Peru or FL showing the ownership interest.

Do you have any idea why some attorneys advice against PP? I have been checking out some other threads and some people said their lawyers advised them against PP. However some other say just the opposite.Honestly it is not about the money, it is only about the waiting time vs. chances to win. I am afraid the 2-3 months wait may turn into 5-6 months like happened when I first send my application back in August.

      Thank you again.

I too had blanket rejection in first attempt & than I went with individual with premium processing & I got the visa within a month (petition to stamping).

Go ahead, as I mentioned earlier, it has nothing to do with your chances of getting the visa.
