Normally for approved individual petition the VO doesn't ask much questions.

The link I provided is a super set of all questions. Each individual may have faced different-different questions, based on their situation/application/reason etc.

My experience:
After 25-30 questions my initial application for blanket L1A was rejected. I reapplied for L1A individual petition & following questions were asked during the interview.
1. Which company you going to work for?
2. How much will you be getting over there?
3. Are you married?
4. Isn't your family going along with you?

And than the golden words, your visa is approved.
