Dear All,

We are helping a company in Brazil transfer a couple of employees to their subsidiary in the U.S., and we were wondering if all the supporting documents we provide need to be notarized by notary public and ministry of foreign affairs?
If they are in Portuguese, is it enough to do a simple translation, or is sworn translation into English required?

Any local consulate understands all the local languages, so you should be fine if you are applying blanket. However if you are going with individual petition, you'll need to have all document translated in English & also notarized to avoid any hassle later.
