  • Professional work experience for L1-A visa

Hi Friends - I am applying under L1-A Individual category. I am having total of 10.3 years of experience without showing my first organisation as it has closed its business and office. will 10 yrs be ok for L1-A? I had not showing in DS-160 when I apply under L1-A Blanket

If I include my first organisation then it will be 12 yrs.

    Please advise.

It is suggested not to lie. They can understand that an IT company can get closed within last 10.3 years because of so much of ups & downs in the IT market.

Yes, 10 years are okay for L1A.

I meant to say, you should have mentioned it. What is the harm is showing your work experience.

Or if you have a chance right now, lets do it now or leave it for ever (do not use it in your resume or anywhere else once you reach USA).
