My wife`s company is preparing L1B for her and i`ll dependent.

what are the chances for approval. I got rejected for L1B in November applied from my company(A major service based MNC).

is there someone with same situation?

The chances are 50-50 - its is purely based on applicant's profile, the documentations & the answers you provide to the consulate.

Your wife's application should not have anything to do with your visa rejection.

Just a suggestion for you to let her apply alone - once her visa is approved, you can apply for L2.
