Hi Friends,
I was with one of the top most India company for a period of 22 months : 2003 - May 2005. I was in a outsourced project for CA client.
Now, I am in Canada on immigration.
Now the client in CA is ready to recruit me along with some other employees of Indian Company who are coming on L1.
Since, I do not have any other chance for H1b till oct 2006, I need to go only on L1.
I was not with Indian Company for the last 9 months, but I did worked for almost 2 years prevously.
Am I eligible for L1 Visa, If I am ready to goback and come though by my Indian Company?
