Impact of L1B Blanket rejection before 4 years

Hi ,

I want to know whether my previous L1B Blanket Visa rejection before 4 years will have any impact now. I will be appearing for L1B Blanket again in few weeks.

Detailed visa history below. All are for same employer.

May - 2012 : L1B Blanket Visa got rejected. The reason was "my case was not considered as Specialized knowledge"
August - 2012 : L1 Individual got approved.
May - 2016 : L1B Blanket appearing again.

All the above 3 L1 is for same employer. Would be great to hear your views.

Once an blanket is rejected, it is rejected for ever. So you cannot use the same blanket once again.

However since your L1 Individual was approved in 2012, why don't you use it. Why applying for it again?
