Hi, I have my L1B Visa extended last year (2015) and I have valid visa until August 2017. I have got the Promotion as a Manager and can I be able to transfer the visa from L1B to L1A.

Also does the L1A gives additional 2 years of visa?

I just heard that after your L1B extension, if you initiate the L1A Transfer, that will not give additional 2 years?
