I have got I797A!!! Need advice)))

Hi guys,
I have received I-797A - the approval of the petition of L1A, which took 15 months with RFE.
I applied with family for the change of status in US and USCIS indicated 3.5 months as the time of the examination of the case.
My family and I left the country because I had to deal with the business of the parent company so I have warned uscis and cbp about leaving - they did not show any objection and said that the case will not be closed.
My wife got denial because of our departure from US but I got approval.
My questions are:
Do I need to go to the US embassy to obtain a visa L1A?
They have sent I-767A only but I-129 individual was not sent to me - what should I take with myself for the interview if I must go there?
Where and how to get the work autorization?
Will officers in the embassy obtain me a visa for sure?
Do not give up at the embassy?
Should I go to US with a visa B or not?

I assume you file for the petition while you were still in the US. And while waiting for the final decision, you decided to leave the US and go back to your home country. Did you tell them that you want an interview in your home country when you filed for petition? If yes, you could go to the US Embassy. If not, then you have to apply for the L1 again from your country. When you said you have warned USCIS. How?
