69K for a Multi National Manager/Executive is going to be a tough sell any day. I dont know what the answers were to rest of questions so cant comment.

Thanks for the reply. Please let me know what should i do next?. Can i apply again in L1A Individual since i already applied Blanket and what is the waiting period to reapply again

No waiting period as such, but as I mentioned 69K is not going to be a easy sell for a Multi National Manager what plans does your employer have for that?
