L to H conversion - Change of Status before October 1st possible?
I have a query regarding my visa status.
I'm right now in L1-B Visa. My Visa and I-94 expires on August 13 2016.
I have applied for my L to H conversion and I have got my receipt number. With my current L1, I'm not maxing out till Jan 11, 2019.
I understand that the USCIS may adjudicate the status of my H1 in a span of within 5 -6 months (maximum by December first week). I also understand that if my H1 Status adjudication takes more than 125 days (i.e., after August 13th), I cannot continue staying in US.
I'm planning to raise a L1-B blanket extension. I want to continue in H1B status.
Now, Kindly confirm my understanding here or answer my queries.
1) If my L1 Extension gets approved before 01-Oct-2016 and before H1 status is approved,
a) I stay till 01-Oct-2016 in L1 and from Oct 1st, my status would change to H1. Is that correct?
2) If my L1 Extension gets approved before 01-Oct-2016 and after H1 status is approved,
a) Will my status move from H1 to L1?
3) If my L1 Extension gets approved after 01-Oct-2016 and before H1 status is approved,
a) Can I continue to work from US after August 13th?
4) If my L1 Extension gets approved after 01-Oct-2016 and after H1 status is approved,
a) Will my status move from H1 to L1?
Again, if my L1 Extension is rejected
1) If my L1 Extension gets rejected before 01-Oct-2016 and before H1 status is approved,
a) I need to leave US and have my H1 stamped to work from October 1st. Is that correct?
b) Will my H1 also get rejected in this case?
2) If my L1 Extension gets rejected before 01-Oct-2016 and after H1 status is approved,
a) I need to leave US and have my H1 stamped to work from October 1st. Is that correct?
b) Will my H1 also get rejected in this case?
3) If my L1 Extension gets rejected after 01-Oct-2016 and before H1 status is approved,
a) Can I continue to work from US after August 13th?

Considering all these, I have two options now.
1) To have my H1 moved to premium processing, so, know the status before August 13th. Then, move to India for a visa stamping before October 1st and start working from October 1st 2016.
2) To have my H1 moved to premium processing, know the status before August 13th. Then, raise a L1 Blanket extension again through premium processing.
a) If L1 approved, will continue to work in L1 till October 1st and then change my status to H1 post October 2016.
b) If L1 rejected, move to India for a visa stamping before October 1st and start working from October 1st 2016.
Kindly let me know how to proceed in this case.
