I got my L1B - Blanket stamped last year - Functional Consultant/Senior Tester for Location X. However I did not travel to US since the requirement got postponed. In the petition my job duties were mentioned as requirement gathering,functional testing, Product Demo.
Now there is another opportunity in my organisation but the position is of Business Analyst and at different location, it will have similar duties of requirement gathering, demo etc.
Anyone know if the amendment petition would be enough? Has this scenario of change of job duties happened with any previous L1B Holders? Please suggest.
