Entered Date of Birth wrong in DS 160 application form

Hi Folks,

URGENT HELP!!

I Entered Date of Birth of my spouse wrong in DS 160 application form in my last interviews,
I applied VISA's thrice in Indian, in Jan 2012, March 2012 and Apr.2013, for B1 Business visa(all were rejected for 214(B) reason), at that time I entered DOB of my spouse wrong by mistake and

Now I am applying for Blanket L1B visa for me and L2 visa for my wife together in May 2016, Now we have filled Mine DS 160 for Spous Date of Birth as per her passport info.
(Now current My DS 160 Spous section info. is as per wife's passport).

Current Date in DS 160 is correct and previous DOB was wrong, and Now I can't keep wrong DOB in latest DS160.

Please guide me on below -

Is VO will see my last DS 160 document?
Is there will any problem of Spous DOB info in current DS 160 is not matched previous DS 160?
My Wife's passport DOB info. is now matching with my current DS 160, is it will help me?
