L1B Blanket Education Equivalent

My Company is processing L1B Blanket petition for me to relocate to US, The company is Fortune 10 Product company US based, When talked to Immigration team and informing that I don't hold Bachelors they are saying I have equivalent work experience which is currently 13 Years and eligible for L1B Blanket.

Ideally i need to schedule my appointment at Chennai Consulate. Can anyone have experience of getting L1B Blanket Approved without Bachelors and having relevant work experience.
