    Dear Members,

I was on L1B blanket from november 2012, i came to India back in Feb 2015 for my wedding and eventually went for L1B extension since them my bad luck started. The visa officer said she can't approve my L1B extension with curiosity i asked her "why not, i'm on the same visa since November 2012" she took my passport and cancelled my existing visa (without prejudice) i still have my car and my unsettled stuffs in America my employer helped me refile a premium L1B individual process and it got declined in April 2015, 6 months later i went in again for a L1b blanket again i got declined. I tired applying for H1B twice but i never got picked. Coming November i would be again eligible to apply for L1B, does any one suggest applying it again? BTW i've my GC in process does any one think GC might impact my L1 Process? Please advise.

    Thanks!

its understandable to get frustrated at the rejection but that should not get you disheartened. I dont see much hope on the L1 front, H1 would be the route to go. You can ask your friends or acquaintances to sell off the car and help you sell of other household stuff.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

I'm out of country for almost a year and half now, and working out of subsidiary in India do you think after a year i can apply for a fresh L1B again? if so can i go and take my visa interview from a US consulate in Canada? hope the question make sense? Please advise. Thanks, Bala
