EAD Extn filling with L1/L2 Extn filling

Hi,

My wife's L2-EAD is expiring in ~75 days on July end 2016 matching our I94 dates. My employer is filling L1/L2-premium for family in next few days. When is the earliest we can apply for L2-EAD extn?

1. Once we rcv L1/L2 Extension?
2. Once my employer files for L1 extension? By the time USCIS takes EAD extn up for processing, I assume L1/L2 would be approved.
3. Now when my employer is yet to file L1 extn? By the time USCIS takes EAD extn up for processing, I assume L1/L2 would be approved.
4. Ship L2-EAD Extn papers along with L1/L2 Extension papers?
