My L1 and 3 dependents L2 (wife, 2 kids) got extended until June 2017, Planning to go to India on coming July for stamping. Last year My wife got the H1B and she will be getting stamping for that. Is there any problem if I go for stamping only with my kids.
Also in L2 extension approval document (I-797A) for my kids the applicant name is printed with my wife name, but i am the principal applicant. I was not sure why it is printed like that and that's the case with all my colleagues.
Any information on this will be very helpful
