    Interim EAD -L2 Visa

    Hi Friends,

    I am on L1b Visa. I have applied EAD for my wife in December 2015. The status of the I 765 is still "Case Was Received". My wife got a job offer they ask her to join by June.It is already been more than 120 days from filing of I 765. We are thinking to get an interim EAD. We set an info pass appointment with USCIS. Whats the probability of getting interim EAD. Will it affect in anyway getting the EAD?

    Any advice on this really appreciated.
